Community Ties - Anthony "Roni" Robinson

Anthony "Roni" Robinson is a proud native of Frankfort and Franklin County. He is a devoted husband to Amber Robinson and a loving father to his three children, Anthony, Amyah, and Aliyana Robinson. His deep-rooted connections to his community have shaped his journey, both personally and professionally.

Robinson's athletic career began at Franklin County High School, where he graduated in 1997 with outstanding achievements in football and basketball. He amassed an impressive 5,000 rushing yards on the football field and scored 2,300 points on the basketball court. Continuing his athletic and academic pursuits, he attended Kentucky State University, where he played football for all four years. His legacy at KSU remains strong, as he holds the distinction of being second in all-time rushing yards for the university.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Robinson is dedicated to empowering others through sports and mentorship. He is the founder of Bridging The Gap and Just Grind Performance LLC, organizations that focus on enhancing individual performance through sports training, event planning, and philanthropy. Through these initiatives, he continues to give back to his community, inspiring the next generation to strive for excellence.
