Kelley joined Thorn Hill Education Center in June 2017.  She is the 9th Executive Director of Thorn Hill.  She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Science in Teaching (K-12) and with a Master of Arts in Health Education.  Kelley teaches in the corrections setting assisting individuals achieve their NCRC and GED,.  She  is also the English as a Second Language teacher at Thorn Hill.
