Education - Chuck Fletcher
Chuck Fletcher is a dedicated professional with a passion for education, community service, and personal growth. He is the proud father of his son, Gaylen, and a loving grandfather to four grandchildren: Whitley, Ashley, Christian, and Sara Kate. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys staying active through tennis, walking, and running. Chuck also values meeting new people and frequently engages in public speaking, particularly on topics related to education.
His academic journey reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cumberland University and later pursued a Master of Arts at Morehead State University. Additionally, he undertook further studies at both Western Kentucky University and the University of Louisville, expanding his expertise in education and administration. His educational background has played a significant role in shaping his career and leadership roles in the field of education.
With a distinguished career spanning several decades, Chuck has made a significant impact in Kentucky's education system. Since August 2012, he has served as a Management Information Consultant for the Kentucky Department of Education. Prior to this, he dedicated over 30 years to Anderson County Schools in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, where he worked in various administrative roles, including Pupil Transportation Director. In 2004, he was appointed as a Frankfort City Commissioner, the same year he retired from Anderson County Schools. Since 2009, he has continued his public service as a member of the Frankfort/Franklin County Board of Adjustment, contributing to the development and governance of his community.
